Green park complex offers 3 swimming pools; one for toddlers, one heated and one large freeform pool. There is a tennis court and childrens play area. The complex also has a pool bar, buffet restaurant, mini market, cash machine, laundry service, internet access, 24hr reception, numerous sunbeds, a daytime activities programme (may-sept), there is ample free parking.

Local Amenities

It is approx a 5 min walk to local amenities such as bar and restaurants and a further 5 mins to the San Blas centre with lots of bars, shops, bank, church, restaurants etc. Amarilla Golf is also a few minutes away.

The surrounding area has so much to offer, being situated near the new San Miguel marine and in the middle of 2 golf courses plus being close to the beaches of El Medano and Los Cristianos.

Price: Range from £150 per week, except january which is £120 per week, rising to £180 per week high season.
Deposit: A £50 depsoit secures a booking made more than 8 weeks before arrival.
Balance: in full is required within 8 weeks of booking
